This 1992-93 F/W Escada by Margaretha Ley double-breasted coat was worn by Claudia Schiffer in that season's catalogue. It was made in Germany of a fuchsia 55% wool/ 25% angora/25% cashgora blend with a logo-printed fuchsia rayon satin. It features a built-in scarf at the neck, rolled up quilted cuffs, and rounded shoulders with thin built-in shoulder pads. The pockets on both sides are still sewn shut. The coat presents beautifully but there are a few scattered areas where the surface has been grazed by moths. It's otherwise in very good condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
